- noun
- Secure and stable system designed by the European Commission. It is used for the collection of signatures.
- Example: The central collection system facilitates collection and verification of signatures.

- verb
- officially recognize as possessing certain qualifications or meeting certain standards.
- Example: All signature collection systems were certified by our National Government Office as secure.

- noun
- self-constituted group of citizens responsible for managing the whole initiative from the beginning to the end of the process.
- Example: Citizen´ Committee must have at least 7 members from 7 different EU member states.

- the action or process of collecting something for example signatures.
- Example: The collection of signatures was not easy because organizers had technical problems.
